Our Handmade Gifts and Collectibles are custom made individually by hand, per order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at myonecreationsite@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Detailed pictures must be included. We will review the claim and work with you to make it right!!
